This is why to celebrate National App Day, we have put together a list of some of our favorite apps that allow us to to reach all new productivity heights and because we care about our readers so much, we’re going to share them with you. So get ready to take some notes and learn about some awesome apps that can be of real significance to you and your company.

Hootsuite

Being the digital campaign manager, one of my personal favorite productivity apps is Hootsuite. For those of you new to the digital world, Hootsuite is an app that allows you to post across social media channels with just the tap of a send button.

The really cool thing with Hootsuite is having the ability to schedule posts to auto send. So, let’s say you have something on your social media calendar that is time sensitive but you get called into an emergency meeting, with Hootsuite you can compose the message and schedule it to auto post at the time you need to it to go live! Hootsuite even has come cool analytic data and overall makes managing social media easy as 1, 2, 3! If you’re in need of some social media assistance check out Hootsuite today!

Google Drive (The App)

This one is for you go getters who need access to all of your files, all the time. Whether you’re pulling an all nighter at home or need to post that one client video on a weekend, the Google Drive app has your back. We all know and love Google Drive as it is one of the best cloud programs that gives everyone in your company access to your files, but with the app you have all of these files in the palm of your hand!

One key area of Red Shark Digital that utilizes this app is our creative team. As our graphic designer can attest, “having the Google Drive on my phone allows me to be able to work on the go if needed without the fear of losing any of my work or forgetting to email it to myself to open in the office the next day.”

Forrest

Recognized as the best cure for phone addiction comes the app Forrest by Seekrtech. Forrest is one of our project manager’s favorites as it allows him to have a reason to put his phone down. The app, works by you choosing a tree to plant and if you avoid using your phone, then the tree will grow to completion. It’s always fun to see who can collect the most trees during a day!

Quickbooks

Take a note from our CEO on this one. Quickbooks is an app that allows you to manage all of your business’ finances and ensure that what comes in and goes out is accurately reported. Quickbooks, by INTUIT is “A very INTUITive way to quickly access your financial books.” However, come 2019, Quickbooks for Mac will no longer be around, but you will still be able to access the platform online.

Quickbooks is available now, in the app store!
