This October, the Greenville Museum of Art invites the Pitt County community to come together for two special fall events to enjoy art, entertainment, and community.

GREENVILLE, N.C. — The Greenville Museum of Art is once again bringing the community together for two festive Halloween celebrations this October. Halloweeni ARTini and Halloweeni Jamboreeni return on October 16 and October 25, offering residents unique opportunities to experience the museum through art, seasonal activities, and community connection.

Both the adults-only evening and the free family afternoon showcase the Greenville Museum of Art as a vibrant gathering place, supporting its mission while bringing together neighbors for creative experiences and celebration.

Halloweeni Artini Offers an Adults-Only Night at GMoA

On Friday, October 16, from 7 to 10 p.m., the Greenville Museum of Art will host Halloweeni ARTini, a spirited 21+ cocktail party supporting the museum. Attendees can enjoy featured cocktails for purchase, indulge in desserts, enter a raffle, watch performances, enjoy a festive photo booth and Halloween displays, receive tarot readings, and join the costume contest, along with other entertainment throughout the evening. Tickets include dessert, non-alcoholic beverages, and entertainment, while alcoholic drinks and food from a local food truck will be available for purchase.

Tickets are available in advance or at the door, and all proceeds support the Greenville Museum of Art’s mission and ongoing community programs.

“The Halloweeni ARTini is a classic event at GMoA, back for the 3rd year after taking a break following the pandemic. The costume contest invites attendees to get creative in this artful setting while coming together for a casual, social evening,” says Executive Director Trista Reis Porter.

Halloweeni Jamboreeni Brings Free Halloween Fun to the Whole Family

On Sunday, October 25, from 12 to 4 p.m., the Greenville Museum of Art will transform its indoor and outdoor spaces into a lively, carnival-style celebration for children and families for the Halloweeni Jamboreeni.

Throughout the afternoon, families are invited to explore the museum and enjoy a variety of Halloween-themed entertainment and hands-on activities. Highlights include:

• Trunk-or-treat
• Festive games and activities with prizes
• Seasonal arts and crafts
• Inflatables and bounce houses
• Animals, including adoptable pets
• Dance performances and tutorials
• STEAM activities
• Food and drink vendors with items available for purchase

Admission to Jamboreeni is free, making it accessible for all families. Advance registration is encouraged, and guests are welcome to make a pay-what-you-can donation to support the Greenville Museum of Art’s mission and programs.

Halloweeni Jamboreeni is a true community effort that welcomes participation from local businesses, artists, nonprofits, community groups, and individuals. Anyone interested in contributing a craft, game, trunk, or other festive activity is encouraged to contact GMoA to join in the celebration.
