Key Features of Project
Access East offers The Healthy Opportunities Pilot program, which focuses on the provision of non-medical services to eligible Medicaid Managed Care enrollees. The site features many Human Service Organizations, where users can learn more about each organization and view Access East’s coverage across the area region.
The site also features an HSO dashboard, integrated with AirTable. Members of the HSOs are able to upload forms which, in turn, are uploaded into the site's CMS. Members with access to the dashboard can view expense reports, FAQs, announcements, and resources.
